Just two ounces of wheat grass juice is all you need to get a nutritional boost.
We walk on it, we roll on it, but have you ever thought about drinking it? A nutritional trend sweeping the country is wheat grass. Just a shot a day will give you tons of calcium, vitamin C and plenty of iron, and it's simple to grow.

The first thing you want to do is find a shallow container, saucer or something without drainage holes. Fill it up with good potting soil and moisten the soil.

Add the wheat seed (commonly called wheat berries), which you can get at natural food stores. Make sure you seed it quite heavily. Next cover the seed with about one-quarter inch of soil. Moisten the soil and cover it a damp towel.

Put the container in a well-lit area, keeping the cloth on for about three days. Keep it moist. Then remove the cloth. When the grass is about four to seven inches tall, it's ready to be harvested. All you need to do is cut it at the base and put the grass in a wheat grass juicer.
