Ginger-Chive Decongestant

Ingredients:

4 slices of ginger
1-1/2 cups water
1 Tbs. minced fresh chives

Preparation:

Combine ginger and water and boil for 10 minutes. Add chives and cover for five minutes. Remove ginger and sip warm. Drink up to three cups per day.

* Note: Drink apple juice to boost allergy fighting.
