• Dry roast any used, loose-leaf tea at the bottom of a pot and place fresh shrimp or fish on a grate over top. Cover for 3 to 10 minutes or until food is completely cooked. By heating up damp tea leaves, the aromatic "smoke" will permeate your food.
  
  
• To transform an ordinary oatmeal box into a drum for the kids, seal the lid with tape and decorate the box with your own design. Pack cotton balls on one end of a dowel and secure them with more tape for a drumstick.
  
  
• To turn your herb-planted strawberry pot into a wonderful housewarming gift, tie a pair of child-size scissors around the lip of the pot with a piece of raffia ribbon. This makes harvesting fresh herbs more convenient.
